Dispatch Times

Order by Midday Mon-Fri (excl. Bank Holidays) for same-day dispatch. We make every effort to dispatch brownies same-day and are able to fulfil 9/10 orders same-day. However, at peak times we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch if a chosen brownie flavour has sold-out on that day. Due to the fast-paced, daily production routine, we are unable to offer accurate stock information at the time of purchase.

Freshness

While brownies are freshest straight from the oven, we have tested our production methods extensively to ensure that brownies eaten one week after production are still just as delicious as the day they're baked. Therefore, if your brownies are ordered on a Monday, you can rely on them still being utterly delightful for your weekend soiree.

Refunds

Sorry, but due to the fresh, perishable nature of our product, we cannot cancel or refund online orders after they have been placed. Of course we welcome any feedback or contact from customers should you be less than satisfied with your order.

Undelivered

We always use Royal Mail 24 which is the best combination of reliability and cost. However this is not a guaranteed service and from time to time, your brownies will not arrive next day. In this event, we politely ask you to wait a further 3 working days for delivery before we offer a re-ship of your order. Although this is not a common occurrence.
